Remember the failed road portion by Shaguolor, commuters tell Oborevwori

Commuters and residents living around the Shaguolor axis before Warri Refining and Petrochemicals Company Limited, Ekpan, have called on Delta State Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to as a matter of urgency, remember the area and order immediate repair of the failed portion of the road there.

This call was made today by commuters and residents of the area who are directly affected by the failed portion of the main road linking WRPC to Ubeji and Jeddo junction respectively.

This newspaper’s Editor-in-Chief, Celestine Ukah, and correspondent, Ella Akpa, who were at the scene of the failed portion of the road by Ascension Catholic Church Shaguolor, report that commuters face a hectic challenge to maneuver through the road due to the deep cuts on that section of the road.

They appealed to Governor Oborevwori to intervene urgently in order to avoid economic disaster, as PMS, diesel, and gas-loaded tankers normally take that route to go out after loading from the refinery and also from other private depots within that area.
