Delta: Deplorable State of Shaguolor Road Before Refinery Bridge in Ekpan

The current deplorable state of Shaguolor Road before the Refinery Bridge flyover in Ekpan, Uvwie LGA, Delta State is a call for the Delta State Government’s urgent attention.
Commuters plying the route are expressing serious concern over the negligence attitude of the Delta State government in fixing the failed portions of the road, which has caused many accidents among the vehicles passing through the road for more than two years still counting.

Areanewsng Editor-in-Chief, Celestine Ukah, who interviewed some heavy-duty and smaller vehicles as well as other stakeholders, appealed to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State to urgently dispatch his works ministry team to come to their aid by carrying out repairs on the failed sections of this economic road.
The failed sections of Shaguolor Road include the stretch to Warri Refinery and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) to Jeddo-Ubeji junction, all part failed with deep potholes. The road is also known as the commercial nerve route for evacuating petroleum products to other parts of the country, based on the numerous petroleum depots in the area.
