Family members, children, friends, and close associates celebrate High Chief David Ugedi as he marks his birthday on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2026.
The wife and children, as well as well-wishers, gathered at the residence of the celebrant at St. Mary’s in Ugboriko, Uvwie LGA, near Warri, Delta State, to felicitate him.
While joining close associates of Chief Ugedi in celebrating him, a renowned media practitioner and editor-in-chief of areanewsng.com, journalist Celestine Ukah, and family expressed joy to God for Chief Ugedi, whom they described as a man of integrity who always stands for the truth in all his dealings.
Veteran journalist Ukah, while hailing High Chief Ugedi, who is also the Bebetefewei of Egbema Kingdom, prayed to God to continue to uphold him, give him long life, good health, and prosperity.
Chief Ugedi, a former Special Assistant to Governor Okowa said he was marveled by the kind of love shown to him by his wife, children, grandchildren, and close associates, prayed to God to bless them for their love and kindness to him.
The Patriarch of the Ugedi family said he never expected the birthday to be such a massive and colossal celebration. He appreciated God for all and wished them longevity and greatness in their various endeavors in life, saying 2026 shall be a blessed year of God’s grace and fruitfulness.
