AFCON: Tinubu hails Super Eagles for defeating Eqypt, Says “This bronze medal surely feels good like gold”
Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria for defeating the Pharaohs of Eqypt in the ongoing AFCON and for emerging third in the championship.
President Tinubu in his congratulatory message via Twitter said the bronze medal surely feels good like gold.
According to President Tinubu “I congratulate our gallant Super Eagles on their hard-earned bronze medal at AFCON 2025.
“Despite the heartbreak of the semi-final loss to Morocco, our Super Eagles showed resilience, overcame Egypt, and made us proud.
