Enabulele Congratulates Chikere On Her Appointment, Inauguration As 2027 Africa School Games LOC Member
The Executive Chairman, Edo State Sports Commission Hon Amadin Desmond Enabulele has congratulated Mrs Sabina Chikere on her appointment and inauguration as a member of the
Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 2nd African School Games ‘Abuja 2027’.
The Edo State sports Commission boss described Mrs Sabina Chikere’s appointment as a well deserved one and as well an honour to Edo State and the Sports Commission.
According to Hon Enabulele, Mrs Sabina Chikere who serves as Executive Director, Sports Development and Operations in his board is a dedicated, resourceful and result oriented person whose contributions to the work of the Committee would be noticeable.
” Congratulations to our Executive Director Mrs Sabina Chikere on her appointment into the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 2nd African School Games ‘Abuja 2027’. And I thank the Chairman of the National Sports Commission Mallam Shehu Dikko and the Director General Hon Bukola Olapade for for considering Mrs Sabina Chikere worthy to serve in the Committee. We in the Edo State Sports Commission consider the gesture as an honour and we are behind her and have confidence in her ability to deliver.” He said.
The Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 2nd African School Games ‘Abuja 2027’ was inaugurated by the Chairman of the National Sports Commission Mallam Shehu Dikko on Tuesday in Abuja.
Members of the Committee include ; Lekan Abari ( Chairman ) , Bar Musa Amadu ( Deputy Chairman ), Sagaya Abdulmumeen ( secretary), Dr Ibrahim Abdul, Sabina Chikere, Arc Adamu Tanimu, Olubunmi Ola-Oluode, Dr Lydia Gbagi, Olufunke Florence
Olu-young, Dr Oba Funsho Usman, Chief Victor Onogagamue and Farouk Yarma.
Others are Chichi Nwoko, Ebidowei Oweife, chief Amaka Ashiofu, Olalekan Alabi, Tunde Adeluola, Jude Ayandofu, Lanre Ogunjobi, Aisha Shuaibu, Kola Daniel, Dr Ibrahim Gyaran, Femi Ayorinde, Dr Rabiu Mohammed, Yusuf Adamu, Jahnedu Ibekwelu, Gbadebo Oyebola and Barr. Friday Agbom
Speaking after the Inauguration of the committee,Mrs Sabina Chikere said she felt honoured and deeply grateful to the leadership of the National Sports Commission and all the big stakeholders in the country’s sports community, including the chairman of Edo State Sports Commission Hon Amadin Enabulele.
