Itsekiri Youth Political Forum’s National President, Asawa welcomes First Lady Mrs. Tinubu to Warri

The National President of Itsekiri Youth Political Forum, IYPF, Hon. Asawa Omatsola Sunday, welcomes the wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu, to Warri, Delta State.
Hon. Comrade Asawa, on behalf of members of the Itsekiri Youth Political Forum (IYPF), is calling on all Itsekiri sons and daughters of the soil, as well as all well-meaning Deltans, to come together in unity for a landmark event in the Warri Kingdom.
According to him, they are honoured to host the Grand Reception of Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and that the venue is Aghofen (Olu Of Warri Palace), Thursday, February 26.
Hon. Asawa posited thus: “This historic reception at the revered Aghofen, under the Royal Authority of His Imperial Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, Olu of Warri, represents more than a ceremonial engagement. It is a significant demonstration of unity, institutional respect, and strategic partnership between the Warri Kingdom, Delta State, and the Federal Government of Nigeria.
“As critical stakeholders within the Niger Delta region and proud custodians of a rich cultural heritage, we must collectively demonstrate political responsibility, solidarity, and the renowned hospitality that defines the Warri Kingdom.
“This event presents an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to constructive engagement, sustainable development, and meaningful collaboration at all levels of governance.
“This is not merely a visit; it is a moment of strategic alignment, a declaration of unity and shared purpose, as well as history in the making.”
He congratulated the Olu of Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, Olu of Warri, and his subjects, as well as other well-wishers for their support.
