Worry not about Christmas – Dr. Bright charges Christians

The minister in charge of Shalom Baptist Church Ekpan, of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, NBC, Pst Dr. Opate Bright has charged Christians not to worry about the Christmas season with unnecessary pressure.
Dr. Bright gave the charge today, Sunday, December 7, in Shalom Baptist Church when he was teaching on the topic “The Secret of Rejoicing,” pointing out that rejoicing is a choice and a command.
The Man of God posited that if people are not rejoicing, they are committing sin, stressing that rejoicing in the Lord is a counsel.
The dynamic Gospel Minister took his text from Philippians 4:4-12, adding that anything that will make people worry, they should take it to God for answers and solutions.
He revealed 12 secrets of Rejoicing to include: embracing the peace of God, being caring, mediation, embracing opportunities, being moderate, shun anxiousness, prayer and supplications and Thanksgiving
