2027: NDP Warri Federal Constituency Candidate, Mulade Visits Olu of Warri, Receives Royal Blessing

The candidate of the National Democratic Party, NDP for a Warri Federal Constituency Race in the forthcoming general elections, Amb. Chief (Dr.) Sheriff Mulade has paid a courtesy visit to the Olu of Warri Kingdom, His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR and expressed his intentions to contest for the Warri Federal Constituency sit in 2027.
Chief Mulade, an environmental activist and Peace Advocate pleaded for the support and blessings of the Revered Monarch and that of his subjects for him to achieve his political ambition.
The NDP candidate Chief Mulade received the Royal Blessing of the Royal father as the Olu prayed for his success in his campaign, saying he’s a Royal father for All.
In an interview with newsmen shortly after meeting the King, Chief Mulade said he had gotten the “royal blessings” of the king.
He vowed that he will continue to engage stakeholders and subjects of the reverred monarch around the Warri Federal Constituency.
According Mulade, “We are ready to go for the engagement.”
Chief Mulade who noted that he was at the palace of the Pere of Ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, His Majesty Oboro Gbaraun II Aketekpe Agadagba Tuesday September 22, expressed satisfaction meeting with the Olu of Warri Kingdom,His Majesty.Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR.
“Am always comfortable when I meet with the Olu.” Earlier inside the palace, Chief Mulade said,” I have the quality, competence and capacity to represent the people of Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives through purpose driven representation.”
He stated that he decided to consult the palace of the monarch before embarking on his campaigns.
“I am extremely grateful for giving us the opportunity at short notice. Newest and best party.”
Chief Mulade hailed the Olu of Warri Kingdom for helping to build the existing peace in Warri Kingdom.
According to him,”You have used your position to build existing peace in Warri.” Chief Mulade also noted that Warri is endowed with natural resources that needs to be tapped adequately for the overall benefit of us all.
He said,”Animosity, lack of unity has held us back. My 7 point agenda is out to unite Warri.
“I have been involved in programmes that bring the ethnic groups together. For a young boy that grew up in Warri, I am out to take Warri to greater heights. I am here to seek your blessings for the position.”
The Olu of Warri Kingdom, His Majesty. Ogiame Atuwatse III and an array of his chiefs received and welcomed Chief Sheriff Mulade to his Aghofen palace.
Ogiame Atuwatse III said, “You are no longer stranger here. As you seek my blessings, I give it and pray God to grant, equip and prepare you for the task ahead in stabilizing and moving Warri to greater heights”.
Chief Mulade was accompanied by NDP Chairman in Delta State, Hon. Bidokwu Emeka, Chief Bubor, and other supporters to the Olu palace.
