**As Flood ravages some part of Jakpa Road, Others

Due to the heavy downpour being experienced in Warri, Effurun, Jeddo and other parts of Delta State Event Centre, Meat Shop and Popular Hotel along Refinery Road have been hit by flood.
The rain which has been falling since Friday July 17 witnessed alot of flooding along major part of the Refinery Road and major part of Jakpa Road all in Uvwie LGA.
Other heavily affected flood Areas included New Okpe Road, Osugu Street, Mikefe Hotel Road Odume layout former Cranfield all in Jeddo, Okpe LGA.
Residents are appealing to Delta State Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and Okpe LGA Chairman to embark on construction of storm drain project along the New Okpe Road in order to ease the peranial flooding hitting the area.
