The Senior Legislative Aide, SLA to Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi, Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Alex Gbiwen,Esq has strongly disowned a publication purportedly bearing particulars of his Principal, Hon. Ereyitomi in a membership card of NDC
According to the Warri Rep SLA in his Disclaimer dated Sunday May 10 stated Thus:
“Our attention have been drawn to a purported membership card of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) bearing our Principal, Rt. Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi’s particulars.
“This criminal fabrication and “black propaganda” is the latest ploy by our political enemies to derail right-thinking members of the public.Aide, Gbiwen
“For the avoidance of doubt, Rt. Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi is a bona fide, fully screened, and cleared candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Warri Federal Constituency. Any individual or media entity brandishing or circulating this forgery is participating in a coordinated strike against democratic integrity.
“We therefore call on the general public to disregard the said purported membership card of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) bearing the particulars of our principal.
“We are not merely observing these acts. The appropriate authorities have been fully briefed to track and prosecute every hand involved in this conspiracy.
“We urge our teeming supporters to remain vigilant and unfazed by these distractions. The primary targets being threatened by this evil act are the voters of Warri Federal Constituency, whose right to clear, honest information is being assaulted by those who fear the outcome of a free and fair election. They have failed”.
