Fire consume shops in Delta Community with goods worth Millions of Naira as owner of shop faints in Jeddo

A fire inferno has consumed shops in the New Okpe Road part of Jeddo in Okpe LGA, Delta State destroying properties and goods worth Millions of Naira
The fire outbreak reportedly begun about 4:am Thursday June 11 and it took the intervention of the fire service from Udu in Udu LGA to put it off but before quenching the fire the damage has been done already.
Our Correspondent reports that the fire razed down three shops and three flats buildings with all Goods: all properties in it.
One of the owners of stores at the premises fainted seeing the store burning down to aches, some of the affected stores include a food stuff store, provision store, chemist store and others.
It was gathered that the owner of the food stuff shop just bought more goods including 15 bags of rice in the store
Also owner of solar installation and others were affected at during the fire outbreak.
They are however appealing to the Delta State Government, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Okpe LGA Chairman to come to their aid and also build a fire station to serve the area including Ugbokodo, Ughoton and other nearby communities in Warri South LGA.
