NDBDA Chair, Chief Ebikeme Bosin felicitates Engr. Tonlagha On His 50th Birthday
The Chairman, Niger Delta Basin Development Authority, Chief (Barr.) Ebikeme Bosin has sent heartfelt felicitations to a renowned philanthropist, Engr Matthew Tonlagha, on the occasion of his Golden Jubilee celebration.
In his goodwill message, Chief (Barr.) Ebikeme Bosin described Engr Mathew Tonlagha as a man of uncommon generosity whose life at 50 reflects service, compassion, and enduring commitment to nation building, and service to God almighty and humanity.
