Oborevwori attributed the mass defection to persisting crises in PDP and the need to support the good policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The occasion, was graced by the National leadership of the APC including the Vice President of Nigeria, Kassim Shettima, National Chairman of APC, Dr. Abdulahi Ganduje, 16 governors, elected on the platform of the ruling party, ministers and members of the National Assembly.
