OSUN Decides: I’m going to Win Adeleke declares after voting

The governor of Osun State and candidate of the Accord Party in the 2026 governorship poll Ademola Adeleke has expressed optimism that he’s going to win the poll
Governor Adeleke made the declaration shortly after casting his ballot in his home town of Ede Saturday August 15.
He however expressed dismay over the act of a certain police officer from Rivers State allegedly causing fears on the prospecting voters in some areas such as Ife, Modakeke areas and other parts of the state.
He called for calm and peaceful exercise during and after the Polls.
Dr. Dauda Garuba, Director, The Centre for Democracy and Development commended the redeployment of much security personnel to Osun State which aided peaceful conduct of election.
