A look at His Excellency the Executive Governor of Delta State, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori meeting with the Delta APC stakeholders, LGA Chairmen, and Ward Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State is a clear demonstration of the Governor’s political sagacity. Simply put, this is leadership at its best, with a demonstration of uncanny humility in his willingness to drive his all-inclusive leadership ideology to a logical conclusion.
During an enlarged meeting of party leaders at the Unity Hall, the Governor urged members of the party in the state to embrace peace and unity. In the same vein, he encouraged the leadership of the party at all levels to be result-oriented at all times. He further pleaded with the leaders to intensify efforts in mobilizing eligible voters, particularly those yet to be registered, to participate in the ongoing voters registration exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
A drift from the subject matter to understanding the Governor’s style of governance will instruct on his unique qualities in overseeing the growth of the state and stabilizing the affairs of the party in Delta State. This is hinged purely on his unlimited/undiluted open-door and all-inclusive governance policy for all Deltans.

In the area of environmental challenges, Delta State is known to be prone to several environmental risks, particularly coastal flooding, rainwater flooding, and waterlogging. Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori’s utmost desire is to see that all environmental protection mechanisms are enforced to cushion the effect of environmental challenges in Delta State.

His Excellency the Executive Governor of Delta State is committed to ensuring that all hands are on deck and are geared towards developing and mobilizing human capital for maximum social and economic development of Delta State.
Youths and Women Development:
Governor Sheriff is committed to ensuring that youth and women development initiatives are strictly implemented to encourage the participation of youths and women in the new knowledge economy, which includes the digital economy, ICT, creative industry, innovative crafts, and other areas, e.g., sports, trades, etc.
